  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


2. Delivery Times

Average delivery time to the United Kingdom: 15 to 25 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to postal or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all UK orders.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Cost calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to:

Returned orders can be reshipped once a new shipping fee is paid.


6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, and the carrier confirms it as lost, you may choose between:

  • A free replacement.

7. Split Shipments

Some items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
Each package will have its own tracking code at no extra cost.
